Saxophonist, Clarinetist, Arranger, Composer and Educator, Claudio Jr De Rosa is an established voice on the European Jazz Scene.

Named among the Top 10 emerging Italian musicians by Musica Jazz in 2018, De Rosa has received numerous awards and distinctions as a bandleader, co-leader, arranger and composer.

As a player, he has performed extensively across Europe, North America, Asia, North Africa, and has released more than 15 records. As an arranger, his works have been commissions by ensembles worldwide, ranging from small groups to large orchestras. 

Since joining the Jazz Faculty of the Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag in 2021, De Rosa teaches Jazz Arranging, Jazz Composition, and directs the Royal Conservatory Big Band.
